First stop today was in
Koblenz.
at
8:30 am and a 1.5 hour walking tour of the city.
We departed this port as soon as the walking tour was over for the sail through the Rhine Gorge with all the castles and castle ruins lining the river.
It was fairly cool and overcast today but it was still a beautiful trip down the river.
We arrived in Rudesheim around
5 pm and visited Siegfried’s Musical Cabinet where we got to see and hear lots of mechanical music machines followed by a wine tasting of local wines.
